Education
Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Engineering, cum laude, with a minor in Electronics for Robotics. Not so fun fact: because of COVID, I spent most of it in Amsterdam.
Travel
An amazing time in Spain and Morocco. It was meant to be three weeks in Spain, but spontaneity and some great new friends took me to Morocco halfway through.
Demoing the Maps SDK and agents, as booth staff for TomTom. Read more
Built with the TomTom Maps SDK for JavaScript, which I’m a core contributor to.
A model-agnostic tool-calling layer, built on the Vercel AI SDK, that lets any LLM operate a live TomTom map: search, routing, traffic and reachable range. I created it, co-developed it with one other engineer, and directed and reviewed AI coding agents to take it from first commit to public npm in nine weeks.
TomTom’s public documentation for about 30 products. I led its migration from Gatsby to Astro’s islands architecture: I scoped the work and led most of the team for about six months.
Shaped the tool design and architecture of TomTom’s MCP servers, which expose TomTom data to AI agents.
Core contributor to TomTom’s Web SDK: I built map modules and shaped its architecture. The map above runs on it.
TomTom’s customer dashboard for API keys, products and usage analytics. Designed as a monorepo of React micro-frontends, where other teams build their own modules. I owned its developer experience, Node.js backend-for-frontend, infrastructure as code, CI/CD and on-call.
One of the highlights of my year. I demoed the TomTom Maps SDK and agents, and loved talking directly with developers using our SDK. I designed our vibe-coding challenge, where attendees built a map app with AI in ten minutes, and watching them build, and have fun doing it, was the best part. I built a live map trivia game, which my colleague hosted on stage with an audience of ~600 devs.
